Future Mulch offers a 20 year pro-rated warranty against total color loss. While we feel it's extremely unlikely the product will ever fade completely, we have a committment to guarantee our colors!

Details:

If your product loses all color, Future Mulch will give you credit towards purchasing new product based on your original purchase. Because the time frames can potentially be extremely long, you must secure your invoice to assure credit is available.

Our pro-rated guarantee works like this:

On a $1000 order, we divide it over 20 years or 7300 days. This makes the product cost 13.69¢ a day. If you feel your product has lost ALL color, we will review a sample and if there is truly no color left, we would give you a credit on new product for the number of days left in your warranty.

So, if this happens at the Jan 1, of the 20th year, we would offer you a credit of $49.97 towards new product.

The order placed must be at least as much as the original order placed to get the warranty, based on weight. So, if you ordered 1000 lbs. of material, you must purchase 1000# to get the warranty credit.

On the bright side of this, imagine our product only costing 13.69¢ (CENTS) a day over 20 years. Imagine how much wood mulch you'd have used in that same period of time! Even annual mulching would mean you've done it 20 times compared to our one time application!
