Another AMAZING PLAYGROUND! I met Annely at her facility and as we walked into the backyard, I was floored when I saw nearly 10,000 sq ft of playground in need of an 'Extreme Makeover'..! There was lots of equipment, but it was scattered around with hard pea gravel as the ground cover. It certainly could use Rubberific! We discussed various options and she decided to go first class all the way. Appletree was getting the best all around! When I went to take the 'before' photos, as you can see in the pics, it was one huge mess, with product, lumber, mountains of old pea gravel and workers. It certainly didn't look like much at this point. But they were working hard and I was sure it was going to take on a much better appearance before long. I honestly had no idea what they had planned. When I returned 2 weeks later, I found perhaps the nicest transformation of any playground I've seen to date. It's simply spectacular! There's no other way to describe it. From mitered wood fittings around fenceposts, to a clever use of Rubberific, gravel for the 'picnic area', to a humongous sandbox, this new look exceeded even my humble expectations and Appletree II now has a playground to be proud of and should be the goal of any daycare or preschool looking to create a fantastic and SAFE play area for their kids! Even the fence is vinyl-coated for the kids safety. Annely has graciously offered prospective Future Mulch clients the opportunity to see the site live if you're in the Washington DC area.
