Wow. What a job this was! When Future Mulch got the contract to put Future Mulch on St. Clements 4700 sq ft playground, I was thrilled to get a large playground, but little did I know what laid ahead! They wanted me to INSTALL IT! YIKES! Well, thanks to Juan's team, we got it done in one day. Well, if you count working til 10pm with the headlights from the truck lighting the playground! After my warehouse dropped 600 40# bags, the gang started by removing 4 inches of old mulch, and much to my chagrin, we found hundreds of feet of feeder roots from the huge trees around the playground! With Keri pacing about and worrying that things weren't looking too hot, we literally plowed on. We removed over 10,000# of old wood mulch, and put down 24,000# of new Future Mulch! ALL IN ONE DAY! And I must say, the end result turned out pretty nice! The kids absolutely love their new playground, and I think the photos show what Future Mulch can do to a huge playground or the even a slightly more modest one in your backyard! You can see the difference and how nice it makes the playground look. What you can't tell is the huge improvement in the safety of the playground. If you ever get the opportunity to walk on 4" of Future Mulch, you'll know WHY we're the best! Soft and spongy to absorb falls, my motto of nothing more than 'hug and cookie injuries' is the goal.
